Bookings & Payments
4.1. All bookings and ticket purchases are limited and subject to availability.
4.2. Full payment for any booking or purchases shall be made at the time of booking or purchase.
4.3. All bookings and purchases made are final, non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled, regardless of whether the tickets have been redeemed or collected. Refunds, cancelation or any changes, if any, are subject to our policy and at our sole discretion.
4.4. All prices stated are subject to changes without any prior notice.
4.5. The ticketing classification shall be as follows:
Adult tickets age: ages 11 to 59
Child tickets age: ages 3 to 11
Seniors: age 59 and above
Infant: age 3 and below
Tickets are only valid for a single entry and on the designated date of visit.
We reserve the right to request for identification documents, including but not limited to MyKad and OKU cards, for verification and security purposes and as proof of eligibility for special ticket rates and prices.
Liability & Disclaimers
5.1. We are not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or disruptions on the Website and or caused by the Website.\
5.2. The Website may include links to third party websites (“Third Party Website”) operated by other entities. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, security and privacy practices of the Third Party Website. Your use and access to the Third Party Website are at your own risk.
5.3. Your visitors’ access and use of Kuala Lumpur Tower and our premises shall be at your / their own risk. Close off access and/or booking to the Kuala Lumpur Tower or limit access to areas within Kuala Lumpur Tower and our premises without prior notice;
Deny entry or remove you or any visitors, irrespective of a ticket has been purchased or otherwise, to or from Kuala Lumpur Tower and our premises without any right to a refund; and
Restrict your right to photograph and to request for deletion of photographs in certain areas of the Kuala Lumpur Tower and/or our premises due to security considerations.
